Too many things to worry about today, I hear you say. You start negatively and will probably go on negatively. Look at the big picture of your life, of what influences you, of your friends and relations, and how they impinge upon you. Be encouraged that you are loved, respected and valued. If you are none of these things in your own eyes, then get involved with that big picture and those in it today, and be surprised! Your interaction with it might just encourage you.
